1. Who we are
This site is owned and run by DEKOREKO. Sales are to private individuals within Algeria.
2. The order
An order is recorded as soon as the form is sent. It becomes firm only once we have confirmed it with you by telephone. If you cannot be reached after three attempts across 48 hours, the order is cancelled and the item returned to stock.
3. Prices
All prices are in Algerian dinars. The price of the goods is shown separately from delivery, and the total is stated before confirmation. Prices may change at any time, but the price that counts is the one agreed during the telephone confirmation.
4. Payment
Cash on delivery, paid to the carrier's driver. We ask for no bank details and take no payment on the site.
5. Availability
Stock moves quickly. If the size you ordered sells out between your order and its confirmation, we tell you and offer an equivalent size or item, or cancel at no cost to you.
6. Photographs
The photographs are of the items actually sold. Colour may vary slightly with your screen and the lighting of the shot; that difference alone is not a fault.
7. Intellectual property
The photographs, text and logo on this site belong to DEKOREKO and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law, in particular law 18-05 on electronic commerce and law 09-03 on consumer protection and the suppression of fraud.
