What we collect
Name, telephone number, wilaya and commune, and the street address if you choose home delivery. That is all it takes to deliver to you, and we ask for nothing more. No bank details are requested or stored.
The site also records general browsing data: pages viewed, where you arrived from, device type. It is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Why
To confirm your order by telephone, prepare the parcel, hand it to the carrier, and answer you if you call back about a past order.
Who we share it with
The carrier only, and limited to what it needs in order to deliver: name, telephone, address, and the amount to collect. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any third party for commercial purposes.
Advertising measurement
We use measurement tools from Facebook (Meta), and possibly TikTok, to learn which advertisement brought which order. These tools may receive a hashed identifier that cannot be read back; neither your name nor your address is sent to them. You can disable cookies from your browser.
How long
Order data is kept for as long as commercial and accounting obligations require. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to contact@dekoreko.dz or call 0770656471; we act within thirty days. Deleting the data of an undelivered order means cancelling that order.
