How long
Preparation: 24 to 48 hours after the telephone confirmation.
Delivery: 2 to 5 working days depending on the wilaya, a little longer during busy periods, holidays or bad weather.
Home or office
You choose when ordering: delivery to your address, or collection from the carrier's office in your wilaya — the second is usually cheaper.
Delivery charge
Worked out from the wilaya and the option chosen, and shown before you confirm. Large rugs may carry a weight supplement, which the form states.
Tracking
Once the parcel is handed to the carrier you receive a tracking number, which you can follow from the tracking page on this site.
If delivery fails
If you cannot be reached or refuse the parcel, it comes back to us. The order is cancelled and nothing is owed, but repeated refusals without reason may mean we can no longer accept cash-on-delivery orders from you.
